• PAGCOR — historical, and no longer current — Pragmatic Play publicised its PAGCOR offshore gaming licence, back in September 2016. The framework is gone in the Philippines; the rule was that all offshore licences end by 31 December 2024, with PAGCOR confirming the cancellations. Years on, the 2016 announcement is findable and still gets treated as a current statement. It is not.

Pragmatic Play in the Philippine market

Its PAGCOR offshore status runs from 2016; the regime itself was brought to an end as 2024 closed. Instead of repeating the 2016 announcement, this site marks Pragmatic’s Philippine position as unresolved, given that Pragmatic says nothing about it now.
