JILI7 Site Contact: Corrections, Questions and Limits
This page explains how to reach the people who write this site and, just as important, what they can and cannot do for you. This site is a reference about JILI7. It is not the lobby, so it cannot see, change or close any account there.
What this site can help with
The team behind these pages handles three kinds of request:
- Corrections. A fact on a page is wrong or out of date, such as an address, a promotion term or a game figure.
- Clarity. A page is hard to follow and you want it explained better.
- Missing topics. A question about the lobby, a payment route or a game that no page answers yet.
A dedicated contact address will be published here once a mailbox for this domain is set up. Until then, no e-mail address on any other site speaks for this one.
What only the lobby can fix
Anything that touches your account belongs with the lobby’s own support. This site has no access to your account, your balance or your history, and it cannot ask the lobby to act for you. Contact the lobby directly for:
- Logging in, resetting a password or recovering an account.
- A deposit that left your wallet but did not reach your balance.
- A withdrawal that is held, refused or late.
- Applying for a promotion, or a promotion credit that did not appear.
- Closing an account or setting limits on it.
The lobby lists three support channels, all reached from inside it: a live chat named JILI7 Online Service under Customer Service, a Telegram channel, and a Facebook profile. Open them from the lobby itself rather than replying to anyone who contacts you first.
Before you contact anyone
Gather these first, so whoever you contact can act quickly and does not have to come back to you with questions:
- Your username, and how you registered: username form, Google or Telegram.
- The address you were using.
- For money: the amount, the time, the method and the reference number from your wallet or bank.
- A screenshot with any password or one-time code hidden.
A note on safety
Nobody from this site will ever message you first, ask for your password, ask for a one-time code or ask you to deposit money. Anyone who does is not us. If gambling is causing you harm, the helplines are on the responsible play page.
