JILI7 Privacy Notice: What This Site Records About You

This page sets out what this site records about visitors and what it never collects. The short version: it records very little, because it has nothing to sign up for.

What this site never collects

This site has no account system, no sign-up form, no comment box and no newsletter. So it never asks for, and never stores:

• Your name, address or birthday.
• Your phone number or e-mail address.
• Your GCash, Maya or bank details.
• Photos of you or of any ID.
• Your casino username or password.

If any page or message claiming to be this site asks for these, it is not this site.

What the hosting records

The site is served as static pages through a content delivery network. Like almost every website, that network keeps technical logs to deliver pages and stop abuse.

They can include the address your request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser and device type your browser reports. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you. They are not sold, and they are not combined with data from other websites. Nobody at this site reads them except to fix a fault or stop an attack.

The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels from ad networks.

What happens when you leave

The Register and Login buttons lead to a partner’s sign-up page through a referral link. The moment you tap one, you are on another website, run by another company, under its own privacy terms. That site may record that you arrived through this site’s link, which is how a referral is counted. What you type there, including any personal or payment details, goes to that company, not to this site.

Your rights under Philippine law

The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) gives you rights over personal data held about you, including the right to be informed and to object. Because this site holds no account data, there is usually nothing to give back or delete, but you may still ask what technical logs exist, once the contact address on the contact page is published.

Changes to this page

If what the site records ever changes, for example if a contact form is added, this page will be updated first, and the change will be stated here in plain words.
